Job summary

Boston Public Schools seeks a Director of Student Pathways, Operations & Partnerships to lead daily operations, facilities management, and robust student support systems. This role blends academic advancement with relational accountability and partnerships to prepare students for college and career readiness.

Reporting to the Head of School, you will drive safety, attendance, onboarding, MTSS, and evaluation of student data, while supervising staff and coordinating with families and community

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 3-5 years experience in an urban school system.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with equity focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily school operations and facilities management.
• Lead student support and MTSS initiatives with the SST and Counselors.
• Manage attendance, onboarding, and staff supervision.
• Coordinate partnerships with external organizations and higher education.
• Uphold safety protocols and coordinate communications during emergencies.
