Job summary

Revolution Prep in Boston is seeking a dynamic School Relationship Manager to lead field-based partnerships with regional schools. You will own a territory, build relationships with counselors and administrators, and drive enrollment through proactive outreach and compelling presentations.

Circle back with pilot and growth schools, expand the portfolio, and collaborate with the Director of Partnerships to hit regional targets.

Qualifications

2-4 years in field sales, account management, education outreach, or similar
Ability to build trust with educators and administrators
Comfort presenting to groups of varying sizes
Own your schedule and travel within region
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits to assigned schools within your region
Build and maintain relationships with counselors, administrators and school leadership
Identify and pursue new school partnerships to expand regional footprint
Deliver compelling presentations to school stakeholders to drive enrollment
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless school experience
Track portfolio performance and report progress to leadership
Travel regularly within assigned region to visit schools and attend events
