Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in college admissions, higher education recruitment, or closely related field; IEC-heavy markets preferred.
• Experience recruiting in competitive urban or coastal markets encouraged.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with counselors, IECs, students and families.
• Strong organizational skills for a large, geographically diverse territory.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently with the admissions team.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment across two territories: Massachusetts and the West Coast.
• Build relationships with school counselors and IECs and guide students through enrollment.
• Represent Champlain College at fairs and visits, especially Greater Boston.
• Travel extensively during fall and spring recruitment seasons.
• Support adoption of emerging AI tools to aid recruitment goals.
