For our client, we are seeking a Director of Strategy and Capabilities to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead strategy development and implementation across a complex, mission-driven organization, with a focus on improving performance, resource alignment, and long-term organizational effectiveness. The Director will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to shape business plans, guide decision-making, and strengthen operational execution. This position also oversees team development, budget planning, and practical solutions that support measurable results.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $154,400 - $193,000 annually
