Ladders is seeking a Strategy Director to join a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead enterprise strategy development and shape the organization’s long-term growth in a dynamic industrial environment.

You will partner with executive leadership and divisional teams to translate market insights into actionable priorities, govern performance, drive transformation, and guide value creation across enterprise initiatives in a remote setting.

For our client, we are seeking a Strategy Director to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will lead enterprise strategy development and help shape the organization’s long-term growth agenda in a dynamic industrial environment. You will partner closely with executive leadership and divisional teams to translate market insights into actionable priorities. The position also plays a key role in governance, performance tracking, transformation, and value creation across enterprise-wide initiatives.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise strategy process and create a strategic roadmap based on market trends and business priorities
• Align business strategies with organizational objectives by partnering with divisional and functional leaders
• Coordinate strategic planning, governance, and performance tracking across key initiatives
• Support M&A activities by defining growth themes and evaluating opportunities

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving critical strategic decisions

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in strategy roles within consulting, corporate strategy, or private equity environments
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen with analytical skills to develop actionable recommendations
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders effectively
• Experience translating strategy into execution through governance and organizational change initiatives
• Familiarity with evaluating growth opportunities and conducting commercial diligence activities
• Relevant degree or professional qualification; MBA or experience in industrial technology or life sciences is a plus
