For our client, we are seeking a Business Support & Execution, Assistant Director to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This remote leadership role will guide business operations execution across interconnected teams, turning strategy into clear action and helping drive organizational effectiveness. The position requires a strong mix of governance, facilitation, and analytical thinking to align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and improve how work gets done. Success in this role will depend on the ability to translate complex priorities into future-state solutions while keeping risks, accountability, and cross-functional alignment in focus.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $127,000 – $149,000 annually
