For our client, we are seeking a Global Capability Planning, Principal to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape workforce strategy across the organization by building strategic scenarios and translating leadership direction into multi-year transition roadmaps. The position will partner closely with senior leaders, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning discipline, strengthen decision-making, and support consistent execution. It will also leverage AI-enabled modeling and reporting to forecast needs, track progress, and surface risks tied to complex organizational change. Location: Remote
Compensation: $117,200 – $157,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Enable workforce strategy by modeling strategic scenarios and translating direction into multi-year transition roadmaps
• Leverage AI for workforce modeling, forecasting, and reporting
• Track progress against plans and surface risks with decision-supporting updates

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in workforce planning, transformation, or complex program leadership, preferably in a modern SaaS or product-led technology organization
• Demonstrated experience supporting multi-year, cross-organizational initiatives
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders as a trusted thought partner
• Strong ability to communicate strategic intent and influence decisions
• Proven ability to manage confidential, high-sensitivity planning initiatives
