Job summary

Frontline Education is seeking a Director of Solutions Architecture to lead a Strategic Education Consultant team and align with Sales, Product, and Enablement to expand adoption of Frontline's solutions across HCM, Student, and Business domains.

You will drive regional market strategies, partner with teams to access market opportunities, and build a scalable specialist model to accelerate enterprise opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Strategic Education Consultants with deep expertise across HCM, Student, and Business domains.
• Partner with regional Sales Directors, Account Executives, and strategic accounts on territory strategy and pursuits.
• Translate national Solutions Architecture and go-to-market priorities into domain-specific regional strategies and sales plays.
• Develop reusable content, training, and readiness standards to increase domain fluency across the team.
