Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years in technology leadership and 2+ years managing teams.
• Experience with enterprise application architecture (.NET, Azure, SQL Server) is required.
• CRM experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own IT infrastructure strategy and day-to-day operations.
• Lead architecture decisions and platform direction with software development.
• Oversee data governance and systems strategy in partnership with data leads.
• Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of core enterprise systems.
• Translate organizational needs into technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Mentor and develop IT staff and foster cross-functional collaboration.
