Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience in A/E or closely related professional services.
• 5+ years of demonstrated business or client development success within architecture/engineering.
• Strong ability to develop complex multidisciplinary A/E proposals and evaluate RFPs/RFQs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pursuit lifecycle from initial client engagement to proposal development.
• Negotiate contracts, execute agreements, and transition awarded work to delivery.
• Develop pricing strategies considering labor, consultants, contingencies and risk.
• Expand relationships with decision makers and grow strategic accounts.
