• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities to grow revenue.
• Build and maintain a robust regional pipeline through prospecting and relationship development.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing and leadership to position McGough as a preferred partner.
• Provide interview preparation and coaching support to pursuit teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast revenue.
