- Lead the Enterprise Solution Architecture organization focused on engagement and performance.
- Deliver technical presales solutions to meet sales targets.
- Develop strategic and technical territory and account plans with sales teams.
- Lead talent development and retention within the team.
- Jointly own customer success and drive value realization for customers.
- Promote Elastic solutions at industry events and forums.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and support to align with regional teams.
