Elastic is seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a technical authority for our sales team, customers and partners. You will harness the Elastic Stack to address business issues and drive adoption through events and programs.

You will own the technical win across territories, build deep product knowledge, and guide customers and partners to successful outcomes, while constantly learning and questioning the status quo.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical presales and selling technology solutions.
• Proven ability to articulate benefits of modern platforms and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and managers in the assigned territory.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings meet needs.
• Develop value-based relationships across customer organizations.
• Lead planning and execution from discovery through technical win.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Elastic products to demonstrate value in sales meetings and events.
• Advise sales on effective positioning of Elastic products and services.
• Onboard and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate across teams to meet client needs.
• Represent customer and community feedback to engineering and leadership.
