Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, enables real time answers by leveraging data at scale. As a Sr Customer Architect, you will be a trusted technical advisor, working with customers and field teams to ensure Elastic solutions exceed expectations and drive ARR growth.

You will define technical success plans, guide adoption, and translate business goals into Elastic deployments, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing expansion across the Elastic portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field highly preferred.
• Validated experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer, with hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies.
• Experienced with one or more Elastic solutions (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) or the Elastic stack and how to align them with business objectives is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong social skills, with the ability to establish relationships with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the customer derives significant value, eliminates technical frictions, and drives uptake of Elastic solutions to grow ARR.
• Collaborate with Account Executive and Solutions Architect to provide ongoing technical coverage.
• Define the technical success plan for each customer.
• Ensure a successful technical customer journey from onboarding to adoption.
• Articulate the value proposition of Elastic solutions and align with customer goals.
• Identify and eliminate technical frictions to smooth adoption.
• Liaise between customers and support to optimize resolution experience.
• Collaborate with Service Team to deliver tailored, frictionless solutions.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements for Elastic solutions.
• Find opportunities for expansion and hand over to account teams for ARR growth.
• Foster ongoing relationships to increase utilization and value.
