Project HOME seeks a Director of Shared Services to lead a diverse portfolio of programs supporting residents and staff. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee multiple teams, and ensure programs are financially responsible and mission-aligned.

With 7+ years in residential or supportive services and 5+ years of supervision, you will manage budgets, build partnerships, and drive staffing and operational excellence across community-based sites.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in residential or supportive services fields.
• Five+ years of supervisory experience overseeing multiple teams.
• Experience developing and managing budgets and evaluating performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across shared services programs.
• Oversee multiple teams and programs and drive service quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement person-centered programs with measurable outcomes.
