Job summary

The People Concern is seeking a Director, ODR for the HSSP program to lead project-based housing sites and supervise clinical teams delivering intensive community mental health services. You will ensure compliance with DMH contracts, coordinate with program leadership, and drive high-quality care for formerly homeless individuals with SMI/SED.

Ideal candidates have a master’s in social welfare or related field, a CA driver’s license, and 4+ years in mental health, with strong supervision, QA,

Qualifications

• Requires Master's degree in Social Welfare or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Minimum four years in mental health or addictions.
• Strong Medi-Cal documentation knowledge and clinical review skills.
• Demonstrated training, project management and team-building abilities.
• Empathy, tact, and effective staff/client communication required.
• Excellent time management, organization, written/verbal/interpersonal and computer skills.
• Trauma-informed care, housing first and harm reduction knowledge.
• Experience supervising staff and managing contracts/QA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the HSSP ODR Project-Based Buildings and clinical services for clients with justice involvement.
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to Program Managers and clinicians.
• Ensure contract goals, DMH requirements and funder standards are met; monitor billing and reporting.
