Job summary

Project Hospitality seeks a Sr. Program Director to oversee Hospitality House operations and the Family Supported Housing Program. You will lead staff, manage budgets, ensure compliance with DHS and OTDA standards, and foster professional community relations.

The role requires a Masters in Social Work (LMSW/LCSW preferred), plus several years in homeless services or related fields, with strong communication and supervisory skills to drive program quality and service delivery.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Social Work; LMSW or LCSW preferred.
4+ years experience in homeless services, substance abuse, and/or mental health treatment.
2+ years administrative and/or supervisory experience.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate the operation of Hospitality House and oversight of the Family Supported Housing Program.
Manage human resources and staffing in line with agency policy.
Oversee program budget, expenditures, and revenue; approve reimbursements under $1000; monitor financials.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting and documentation to appropriate personnel and agencies.
Supervise staff; conduct weekly meetings and maintain minutes; ensure compliance with goals and external funding.
