Job summary

ServiceNet seeks a dedicated Director of Operations to lead the Shared Living programs within Developmental and Brain Injury Services. You will supervise staff and drive results in placements, program site development, quality, financial performance and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee onboarding, recruitment, and performance management while collaborating with HR and senior leadership to ensure CARF standards and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time experience with individuals with developmental delays and/or brain injuries.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience (minimum 3 extra years).
• 1+ years of management experience in the field.
• Working knowledge of MA regulatory/licensing framework for developmental services.
• Strong communication, organizational and computer skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct day-to-day supervision over program operations and reports.
• Collaborate with program management on regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee fiscal performance and ensure budgets are followed.
• Monitor health, safety and incident reporting per CPPD/DDS rules.
• Lead staff recruitment, hiring and onboarding with HR.
• Conduct staff evaluations and performance actions when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior Director.
