ServiceNet in Springfield, MA seeks a dedicated Director of Operations to lead Shared Living programs within Developmental and Brain Injury Services. You will supervise staff, drive program results, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage fiscal performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-time experience with individuals with developmental delays and/or brain injuries.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience (3+ additional years).
• At least 1 year of management experience in the field.
• Working knowledge of MA regulatory/licensing framework for developmental services.
• Strong communication, organizational and computer skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision over program operations and direct reports.
• Collaborate with program management for regulatory compliance and improvement.
• Oversee fiscal performance and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Ensure health, safety and incident reporting per regulatory requirements.
• Lead staff recruitment, onboarding and retention with HR.
• Oversee staff performance management, evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Director.
