Hope Through Housing Foundation is seeking a Director of Community Programs to lead and scale community programming across youth development, economic mobility pathways, and care connections. The role partners with program staff and regional teams to drive outcomes and funder-aligned delivery.

You will manage budgets, supervise staff, and foster trauma-informed, data-driven program improvements while representing the organization to partners and funders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, social work, public administration, education, or related field (desirable).
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience managing youth development, workforce, or community-based programs, including at least two years in supervisory capacity.
• Experience cultivating and managing partnerships with funders, community organizations, or external stakeholders.
• Ability to work with diverse, low-income populations and communicate with funders and partners.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for design, implementation, and expansion of community programming across youth development and workforce pathways.
• Develop logic models, toolkits, and templates to support program quality and scale.
• Oversee data collection, reporting, and compliance for grants and internal programs.
• Lead staff development, performance management, and trauma-informed practices.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships for program activities.
• Build relationships with community partners and donors to expand program reach.
