Job summary

Cribl is hiring a Director of Product Management for Security Products to own the next wave of security offerings. You’ll evaluate opportunities beyond Cribl Detect, build compelling business cases, and guide the team from initial conversations to launch and growth.

You’ll lead product definition, metrics, and delivery with engineering, partnering with Marketing and Sales to position and enable field execution across a remote-first organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or closely related role.
• 5+ years building security products.
• Strong understanding of security operations and SIEM concepts.
• Proven track record taking a product from 0 to 1.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy for next wave of security products with market analysis and customer discovery.
• Build business cases, define requirements, and set success metrics.
• Lead execution from product definition to delivery with engineering.
• Ensure new capabilities integrate with Cribl Detect on a shared data model.
