Cribl is seeking a Director of Product Management for Security Products to own the next wave of Cribl's security portfolio. You will lead strategy, business case development, and execution from discovery to launch, ensuring new capabilities integrate with Cribl Detect.

You will engage with CISOs and SOC teams, drive market analysis, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and partners to position and enable new offerings. A remote-first, international scope is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in product management or a closely related role.
• Deep understanding of security operations — SIEM, detection engineering, incident response.
• Hands-on product experience in at least one security area (SOAR, ITDR, UEBA, or threat detection).
• Portfolio-level thinking with market evaluation and clear recommendations.
• Leadership experience mentoring PMs and collaborating across functions.

Aufgaben

• Define the strategy for the next wave of security products (market analysis, customer discovery, competitive landscape).
• Build the business case for each area with customer problems, market size, and build/partner/buy options.
• Lead development: define the product, write requirements, set success metrics, drive delivery from 0 to 1.
• Ensure new capabilities integrate with Cribl Detect and shared data models.
• Engage with customers (CISOs, SOC managers) to validate direction before committing.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales on positioning, packaging, launches, and enablement.
• Grow the team by hiring and mentoring PMs as areas get funded.
• Represent Cribl security externally at events and with customers.
