Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Director of Product Management for Security Products to own the next wave of Cribl Detect and related capabilities. You will evaluate promising security areas, build compelling business cases, and lead product definition from discovery through launch and growth.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and engineering to ensure a coherent platform strategy, and you will scale the team as funds are allocated for new areas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or a closely related role, with 5+ years building security products.
• Deep understanding of security operations - SIEM, detection engineering, incident response, and how SOC teams work daily.
• Hands‑on product experience in security automation and response (SOAR), identity security, AI/agentic security, or threat detection and response.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for the next wave of Cribl's security products—market analysis, customer discovery, competitive landscape, and a clear priority plan.
