Pearson is seeking a Director of School Operations (DSO) to drive enterprise‑scale operational excellence across a portfolio of Connections Academy schools. You will coach leaders, ensure regulatory and contract compliance, and build sustainable systems that enable enrollment growth while prioritizing student experience and success.

The role requires leading with a multi‑layer leadership model, partnering with the SSP, and delivering data‑driven improvements.

Formación

• 3–5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent level.
• Advanced degree in Education or Management is required.
• Virtual school leadership required.
• Flexible, innovative, and technology‑savvy.
• Strong communications skills and data‑driven, results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel frequently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational execution across a portfolio of schools and leadership teams.
• Directly coach multiple school leaders and influence leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance, contract requirements, and scalable operations.
• Support enrollment growth through operational readiness and school leadership capacity.
• Collaborate with the School Success Partner to translate strategy into execution.
• Support governance interactions with boards, authorizers, and partners.
