Job summary

Frontier Airlines in Denver is seeking a seasoned Yield Management leader to oversee the staff, activities, and resources of the Yield Management team. You will report to the VP, Network and Revenue and manage two direct reports to drive revenue objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, deep RM expertise, and proficiency with PROS and related tools to optimize demand forecasting and pricing strategies. This professional position offers a full-time role in a dynamic airline environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a corporate setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue management.
• 3+ years using a revenue management system, preferably PROS.
• Experience with revenue management theory and best practices in the US airline industry.
• Excellent MS Excel, MS Access, and SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the revenue management team and processes to meet company revenue objectives and strategy.
• Track and report to senior management on all aspects of revenue management.
• Develop inventory reports and processes to maintain best-in-class unit revenue.
• Optimize RM system parameters to ensure accurate demand forecasting and tactical influence.
• Partner with Pricing, Network, and Marketing teams for optimal revenue production.
• Establish and track market-level inventory strategies to identify revenue opportunities.
