The Director of Pricing is a key commercial leader responsible for optimizing fare structures, competitive pricing actions, and market positioning to maximize passenger revenue. This role leads a focused team of pricing managers and analysts, ensuring pricing strategies remain responsive, data‑driven, and aligned with overall commercial objectives. Success requires strong analytical acumen, daily market vigilance, and close coordination with yield management, revenue strategy, and network teams.

Considerable latitude: The incumbent establishes methods and procedures for attaining specific goals and objectives, and receives guidance in terms of broad goals. Only the final results of work are typically reviewed.
