Job summary

Frontier Airlines in Denver, Colorado seeks a charter operations professional to drive growth in charter sales, pricing, and partnerships. You will coordinate with planning, legal, and operations to execute contracts and optimize profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in airline management, planning, finance, or related areas, with strong analytical, forecasting, and negotiation skills. Travel up to 10-20% is expected, and the salary range is shown in the job details.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
Masters Degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of airline financial analysis and operations.
Understanding of advanced analytical techniques (Python, SQL, R).
Strong Excel data manipulation and analysis skills.
Proven leadership and contract negotiation abilities.
Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of charter development: quoting, contracting, booking, and scheduling.
Develop relationships with charter brokers and organizations to expand Frontier’s charter operations.
Collaborate with Strategic Planning, Legal, Pricing, Revenue Management and Operations to implement opportunities.
Guide business strategies to increase profitability, optimize fleet utilization, and expand geographic scope.
Prepare reports on charter operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
Track KPIs and present quarterly financial/operational reviews to senior management.
Ensure compliance with DOT/FAA regulations in charter operations.
