Frontier Airlines in Denver, Colorado seeks a charter operations professional to drive growth in charter sales, pricing, and partnerships. You will coordinate with planning, legal, and operations to execute contracts and optimize profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in airline management, planning, finance, or related areas, with strong analytical, forecasting, and negotiation skills. Travel up to 10-20% is expected, and the salary range is shown in the job details.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Masters Degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of airline financial analysis and operations.
• Understanding of advanced analytical techniques (Python, SQL, R).
• Strong Excel data manipulation and analysis skills.
• Proven leadership and contract negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of charter development: quoting, contracting, booking, and scheduling.
• Develop relationships with charter brokers and organizations to expand Frontier’s charter operations.
• Collaborate with Strategic Planning, Legal, Pricing, Revenue Management and Operations to implement opportunities.
• Guide business strategies to increase profitability, optimize fleet utilization, and expand geographic scope.
• Prepare reports on charter operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track KPIs and present quarterly financial/operational reviews to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FAA regulations in charter operations.
