Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 1–2 years of revenue management experience at a multi-property level.
• Experience in hotel revenue management and distribution landscape.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly in presentations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity for reporting.
• Develop long-term rate strategies for the portfolio.
• Communicate strategy changes with GMs and DMs.
• Evaluate sales leads and set negotiated rates; run analyses.
• Manage rate and inventory controls across channels.
• Coordinate yield management and daily PMS usage.
• Monitor market pricing and competitor activity.
