Frontier Airlines in Denver is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead a team of analysts and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. You will build and maintain complex financial models, oversee budgets and forecasts, and provide actionable insights to guide decision making.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate finance or related fields, 2+ years of management experience, an MBA preferred, and strong communication skills for presenting to executives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (corporate finance, strategy, consulting, or related fields/functions) or commensurate combination of graduate work and relevant work experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a corporate finance setting required.
• Industry knowledge and prior airline experience is beneficial.
• Proven experience presenting information to all levels of management including C-suite.

• Benchmark performance and evaluate new and existing business opportunities.
• Lead and develop a team of financial analysts, mentoring on career development.

• Collaborate with stakeholders as a trusted financial advisor.
• Monitor actuals and identify trends with the Accounting team.
• Identify and size revenue and cost opportunities; conduct scenario analysis.
