Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a highly strategic Success Architect leader to shape and govern the Success Architect function within Cloud Success.

You will direct capacity planning, ensure alignment with senior stakeholders, and drive scalable impact across Marketing Cloud engagements. You will lead a high-performing technical team, mentor staff, and translate complex solutions into actionable guidance for field teams, partners, and customers.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or related fields.
• 5+ years of people management or leadership experience, including managing high-performing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, platforms, features, best practices, and deployment methods.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee team capacity across strategic workstreams and balance high-priority asks with long-term planning.
• Act as the executive liaison with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Services, and Success.
• Lead efforts to scale expertise across CSG and partner ecosystems with assets, playbooks, and enablement materials.
