Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Success Architect for Sales Cloud to guide customers through architecture, integration, and adoption of Salesforce solutions.

You’ll work with Support, Guides, and Architect teams to triage issues, design scalable health checks, and drive feature adoption. This office-flexible role requires collaboration across customer stakeholders and engineers, with in-office presence 3 days/week in Washington state.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years hands-on technical experience in Salesforce
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce products, governance and best practices
• Experience in complex implementations and integrations (REST/SOAP, ETL)
• Knowledge of data management, security, and integration patterns
• Sales Cloud configuration and optimization expertise

Responsibilities

• Drive customer impact by assessing implementations and recommending architecture and adoption strategies
• Provide reactive and proactive guidance on product best practices
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including stakeholders and engineers
• Triage capability gaps, resolve common issues, and escalate architectural challenges as needed
• Leverage playbooks from Support, Guides, and Architect teams to meet customer needs
• Build relationships across internal and external partners to drive success and product improvements
