You will lead a high-performing team and partner with Product, GTM, and Field teams to drive customer success across Salesforce’s most strategic initiatives. The role emphasizes executive-level collaboration, scalable architecture, and coaching of technical resources to ensure adoption

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Customer Success, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or related fields.
• 5+ years of people management or leadership experience.
• Proven knowledge and experience with Marketing Cloud.
• Experience managing capacity and resource planning across complex portfolios or engagements.
• Demonstrated cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, Services, and Engineering teams.
• Experience leading initiatives with executive visibility and business-critical outcomes.
• Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce products, capabilities, and best practices.

• Set strategic direction and operational cadence for the Success Architect function.
• Ensure capacity planning and resource alignment across initiatives and high-impact engagements within Marketing Cloud.
• Drive prioritization to maximize value while preventing burnout and maintaining quality.
• Lead a high-performing team connecting Cloud Success Group, GTM, and Product & Technology stakeholders.
• Provide architectural thought leadership, field enablement, and strategy guidance for complex products and solutions.
• Shape Salesforce's customer success vision and build a resilient Success Architect organization.
