Qualifications

• 10+ years in Customer Success or related fields.
• 5+ years of people management or leadership experience.
• Proven knowledge of Marketing Cloud.
• Experience managing capacity across portfolios or engagements.
• Leadership in cross-functional programs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and platforms.
• Ability to translate complex solutions into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team capacity across strategic workstreams.
• Act as executive liaison with senior leaders across Product, Technology, GTM, Alliances, and CSG.
• Operational Orchestration: workload management, escalation protocols, burnout prevention.
• People leadership: recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor a diverse technical team.
• Manage engagements that drive success and improvements in technical health.
• Develop talent, succession planning, and onboarding to keep the team future-ready.
• Build relationships with strategic customers delivering tailored consultative engagements.
• Represent customer voice to influence product direction and broader strategy.
