• Monitor KPIs: CSAT, time to resolve, adoption, and retention; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve customer experience.
• Build executive relationships and deliver proactive guidance throughout the Agentforce lifecycle.
