Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications valued.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in multi-family, sales, retail, property management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the assigned asset.
• Manage leasing activities to meet budget goals.
• Recruit, interview and select qualified Teammates; work with regional leadership.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to on-site team.
• Oversee Crown Residential systems and data accuracy.
• Promote and educate on Crown Residential’s Bonus Program and KPIs.
• Ensure 100% compliance with training on Crown Residential platform.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly property reports.
• Analyze budgets and financial information.
• Monitor survey results and respond with solutions.
• Diagnose performance issues and budgeting discrepancies.
• Analyze market research and work with Marketing on solutions.
• Achieve occupancy and net growth rent targets.
• Review monthly financials and communicate improvements.
• Plan and market monthly resident functions for engagement.
• Ensure safety for teammates and residents; mitigate risk.
• Oversee income/expense management and controls.
• Inspect common areas and maintain appearance.
• Review leases, applications, price changes and renewals.
• Conduct move-in orientations and inspections.
