Job summary

Crown Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Director in Florida to balance customer service with managing financials. You will mentor Leasing Teammates, drive revenue, and coordinate move-ins/move-outs, monthly reporting, and on-site operations.

Responsibilities include leasing, reporting, marketing, and ensuring policies are followed while maintaining Royal Service standards and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in multi-family, sales, retail, hospitality, property management, or related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate rent collections, respond to resident requests, and coordinate resident events.
• Assist with reports, resident feedback, and market research.
• Ensure leasing packets and legal documents are completed accurately.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Conduct site tours and lease apartments, including showing amenities and models.
• Oversee lease paperwork and deposits of rent payments.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations and move-ins/move-outs.
• Maintain Royal Service standards and respond to resident issues.
