Job summary

Crown Residential, LLC seeks an Assistant Property Director in Plantation, FL to balance exceptional customer service with financial oversight, mentor Leasing Teammates, drive revenue, and coordinate move-ins/outs and monthly reporting.

You will lead on-site leasing strategy, ensure lease paperwork accuracy, manage rent deposits, supervise the on-site team, and uphold Royal Service standards while following Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in multi-family, sales, retail, hospitality, property management or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior office experience in residential or retail sales is a plus.
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate rent collections, accommodate resident requests, and coordinate events.
• Assist with reports, resident feedback, and market research.
• Ensure leasing packets and legal documents are completed accurately.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Conduct site tours and lease apartments; showcase amenities and models.
• Oversee lease-related paperwork and deposits.
• Direct on-site team efforts to prepare units for move-in and maintain service standards.
• Respond to resident requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
