Job summary

Responsibilities include site tours, leasing, renewals, and enforcing policies while partnering with the on-site team to ensure apartments are move-ready and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in multi-family, sales, retail, hospitality or property management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
• NALP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate rent collections and delinquency management; coordinate resident events.
• Assist Property Director with reports, resident feedback, and market research.
• Ensure leasing packets and legal documents are completed accurately.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Conduct site tours and lease apartments to prospects.
• Prepare lease documents and manage deposits/receipts.
• Oversee move-ins/move-outs and monthly property reporting.
• Support day-to-day operations and maintain service standards.
