Job summary

Crown Residential, LLC in Plantation, FL is seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead a large residential portfolio, ensuring financial performance, compliance and superior resident service. You will manage budgets, guide property managers, and drive leasing and marketing strategies across multiple properties.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in staff development, and excellent communication. Travel between properties is expected.

Qualifications

Experience as a regional manager in residential property management with supervisory/management experience; CPM/CAM designation is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred, commensurate work experience will also be taken into account
Experience managing a portfolio with over 1,000 units
Knowledge and use of a management software (RealPage/OneSite preferred)
Demonstrated leadership, staff development and team building; strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Oversee financial management of the portfolio including monthly financials and budgets
Provide leadership and guidance to property managers
Ensure excellent customer service and open communication with residents and staff
Oversee leasing and marketing strategies to drive occupancy
Enforce company policies and ensure compliance across properties
Understand building systems and inspect properties for improvements
Build cohesive teams across the portfolio and develop career paths
Monitor staff performance and address concerns
Assist with HR tasks and vendor contracts
Ensure timely reporting and travel between properties as needed
