Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Five years full-time program administration or counseling experience.
• Two years of supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs the program and daily facility operations.
• Develops and implements offender-related programs.
• Supervises counseling, education, and recreational staff.
• Conducts hiring interviews and background checks.
• Maintains documentation and manages reports for compliance.
• Communicates with external agencies to coordinate services.
