Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC in New Jersey seeks a Program Administrator to plan, direct, and coordinate all program activities. You will train staff, monitor effectiveness, handle invoicing and reporting, and oversee Community Resource Center operations when the Program Manager is unavailable.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Criminal Justice and at least two years' experience with a criminal justice population; knowledge of CBT concepts and data management; and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Criminal Justice, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience with a criminal justice population.
• Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy and criminogenic risk factors.
• Ability to manage documentation and data across programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Case Managers and coordinate program activities.
• Maintain records, data entry, and reports for contracts and invoicing.
• Oversee Community Resource Center operations in the Program Manager's absence.
• Develop schedules and policies for efficient office operations and HR.
