GEO Reentry Services LLC provides comprehensive, evidence-based rehabilitation and reentry services across government partnerships. The role oversees facility security, staff management, and compliance with policies while coordinating training and inspections.

The position emphasizes leadership in a correctional setting, reliability in ensuring safety, and flexibility to meet facility needs as the onsite security leader.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in corrections, criminal justice, human services, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of management and supervisory experience in a correctional setting.
• Knowledge of community corrections systems and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision and guidance to security staff.
• Recruits, hires, orients, trains and evaluates security staff.
• Ensures security operations follow established policies and procedures.
• Coordinates facility training with federal, state, local and corporate requirements.
• Ensures security inspections of the facility are conducted and documented.
• Oversees inmate transport coordination and daily staffing coverage.
• Acts as Facility Director in absence.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
