The GEO Group is seeking an experienced administrator to oversee program operations in our GEO Reentry Services LLC unit. You will supervise Case Managers, ensure accurate record keeping, and coordinate invoices and reporting to support evidence-based rehabilitation services.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Human Services or related field with 2 years of experience; MSW or LCSW is preferred. This role emphasizes HR support, program planning, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Criminal Justice, or related field with two years experience.
• Baccalaureate in Social Work or MSW preferred.
• Ability to tailor program services to participant's stage of dependence, change, or recovery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Case Managers and coordinate program activities.
• Manage clerical, records, data entry, and file maintenance tasks.
• Monitor participant progression and document interventions.
• Oversee HR duties and maintain personnel files.
• Coordinate invoices, required reports, and contract services.
