Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC seeks a seasoned supervisor to oversee case management at a correctional facility. You will direct staff, develop inmate goals and monitor programs, while coordinating payroll and reporting for the unit.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in case management, with strong communication and computer skills to support inmate management and prerelease planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two years of experience in case management in a correctional facility or social services.
• Knowledge of budget preparation and control.
• Understanding of correctional philosophy and policy for inmate management.
• Ability to speak, understand and write clearly in English.
• Ability to work with computers and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Case Managers at a facility.
• Direct and manage duties in the case management staff.
• Develop inmate goals and monitor programs.
• Coordinate inmate payroll and prepare reports.
• Advise inmates on sentences, prerelease planning and hearings.
