GEO Reentry Services LLC in Illinois seeks a qualified supervisor to manage facility programs and counseling areas, including staff scheduling, training coordination, and ensuring compliance with ACA, DOC, and DDAP. The role requires overseeing a team of counselors, coordinating with referral sources, and delivering direct services while maintaining documentation and program quality.

This position supports inpatient, work release, and outpatient services, with emphasis on treatment planning,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or appropriate discipline.
• Two years of related clinical supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Licensure in the behavioral science or counseling field and certification in the behavioral science or counseling field.
• Good visual and auditory abilities to interact with re-entrants.
• Ability to use personal computers and associated software applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees facility programs and counseling areas.
• Provides direct supervision including staffing, schedules, re-entrant affairs and file compliance.
• Ensures counseling staff meets responsibilities and performance is observed.
• Ensures program/therapy complies with referral sources and jurisdictions.
• Organizes and supervises the Correctional Recovery program per manual.
• Collaborates with referral sources to coordinate program services.
• Provides staff training and implementation of program design.
• Documents supervision, treatment plans, and client progress.
