This is a high-responsibility role requiring a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences with business administration coursework and 10+ years in correctional leadership. Proven leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to supervise a large team are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences with courses in business administration.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of work experience in a correctional or detention facility at the level of associate Facility Administrator or Warden.
• Strong leadership, judgment, and administrative abilities with experience guiding teams.

Responsabilités

• Plans and leads administration, security, and treatment programs of the facility.
• Manages relationships with client departments and authorities at local, state, and federal levels.
• Enforces policies and develops guidelines for efficient operation.
• Directs facility functions, delegates duties, and oversees staff development and discipline.
• Ensures health, safety, and welfare for detainees and staff; conducts regular inspections.
• Monitors regulatory requirements and financial statements; oversees budget estimates.
