This role requires managing complex partnerships, allocating resources across national programs, directing large contract services and national deployments, and leading change and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Qualificações

• Experience leading complex programs in a federal or large-scale environment.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and large deployments.
• Strong background in budget, procurement, and resource planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead government-industry partnerships to deliver innovative solutions.
• Allocate resources and optimize national program objectives.
• Direct contracted services and national deployments for VBA.
• Oversee acquisitions, CORs, budget analysts and program analysts.
• Guide organizational change and automation initiatives.
• Develop and implement automation strategies with stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare briefing materials for senior leadership and advise on resources.
• Travel as required for mission tasks.
