Job summary

HSP Direct is seeking an operational leader who will build scalable systems, develop high‑performing teams, and create operational excellence for one of the nation’s leading conservative fundraising agencies.

In Ashburn, VA, this full‑time, in‑office role focuses on improving processes, establishing KPIs, managing vendors and budgets, and partnering with senior leadership to forecast, improve throughput, and prevent problems before they occur.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams and improving operations.
