Job summary

HSP Direct is seeking a Senior Director of Production to lead, optimize, and scale our frontline fundraising programs for political and nonprofit clients nationwide. This role demands ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive performance across vendor relationships, workflows, and teams.

You will collaborate with account management, creative, data, and finance leaders to deliver high-impact programs, test innovations, and build future leaders within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Direct mail production experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in fundraising, marketing operations, print production, agency operations, nonprofit fundraising, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers delivering high-quality fundraising programs nationwide.
• Evaluate and optimize workflows, vendor relationships, quality-control processes, and operational systems to increase efficiency.
• Drive testing and innovation: test new mail formats, AI integrations, workflows, and vendor partnerships to boost performance.
• Collaborate with leaders across account management, creative, audience-building, data, and accounting to execute programs that impact fundraising performance.
• Think critically, remove obstacles, and help the organization scale.
