Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, analytics or related field.
• 10+ years in pricing, revenue management, strategy or commercial analytics in B2B environments.
• Proven experience leading enterprise pricing strategy and managing teams.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with Sales and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise pricing strategy aligned with revenue, margin, and growth objectives across customer segments, product categories, and channels.
• Establish value-based pricing frameworks reflecting willingness to pay and total value delivered.
• Define pricing architecture, discount structures, and guardrails to reduce margin leakage.
